Wondered if I mattered?
Then I saw the love in their eyes
Questioned if I made a difference?
Then a small hand reached for mine
Worried I wasn’t reaching anyone
Then i saw them strive to improve
Thought my work didn’t matter
Till I heard “thank you”
When the sky seemed dark
A small soul gave me a hug
When I needed to embrace simple joy
A child’s laugh resinated in my heart
Today amongst all the stress from friends, I am compiled to write about setting boundaries!!!

I an not sure why people expect you to be ALWAYS available for them at any given moment for their whims!! When you do not they seem to get all bent out of shape!!
Friends should understand that people have priorities, obligations and need time for themselves and may not be able to jump on others needs all the time!!
Especially when they are working and trying to display an air of professionalism!!
Sadly in this world people use guilt trips and seem to refuse to practice
understanding of other people’s lives!!

An idea I came up with now – everyone should stop by a strangers blog and wish them kind words!!
A pay it forward movement!!
There is an idea for an award – Pay It Forward Award!!
Well today i made a payment on CIBC Visa of 439.76 bringing balance to even 1,000.00!!
Two more payments of 500.00 each and it will be cleared up!! Card is cancelled too!!!
Hoping to have it cleared by end of April!!
Other two cards – sears card 2500 (actually it is only 2000 – double checked) and old visa card 6800 – those ones i hope to put a dent in and by end of year I hope to have at least sears at zero and a big dent in cibc!’

Thank you so very much, this kind of put me in a better mood frame as certain situations with a friend left me annoyed and frustrated. This put a smile on my face almost as big as when i was asked to be a bridesmaid for a close friend and neighbour!!!
I have to mention 7 things about myself and nominate 15 bloggers!!!
Seven things about myself:
1. I prefer reading books to dealing with people and reality (books you can lose yourself in)
2. I have always been a huge Lucy Maud Montgomery Fan (visited her grave site in PEI when I was 18)
3. Biggest fear – getting Alzheimer’s when I an older (I have worked with elderly with this nasty disease – breaks your heart ti watch them)
4. Favourite place to live is Sudbury Ontario
5. Heros – my parents
7. Stranded on desert island I would wish for food and pen and journal
8. Hardest things I have had to face in my life are having two miscarriages, struggling with infertility, hearing the words “your dad has cancer (thankfully he has been cancer free for 5 years) and dealing with depression and of course having to put my Gypsy down Feb 2, 2012 (18 years with her and it felt like someone ripped my heart out).
